Juvenile training takes place Tuesday and Thursday at 18:30 - 19:30 for over 7s.
Your son or daughter can come up for a class to see if it's a good fit in January.
Middle distance group trains Tues & Thurs at 19.30 - 20:30, all distances up to 10k.
Fit4life trains Monday & Wednesday at 19.30 - 20:30. This is ideal for those new to running.
Endurance group trains on Monday & Wednesday at 19:00 - 20:00, these sessions are ideal for half marathon / full marathon runners.
