Le Chéile AC athletes were out in great numbers this St. Patrick’s Day at the Aon Mullingar Half Marathon, delivering a series of strong performances across both senior and masters categories.

🏃‍♂️ Outstanding Performance Up Front

Leading the way for the club was Sean Talty, who produced an excellent run to finish 25th overall in a superb time of 1:18:57, a fantastic result in a competitive field.

💪 Strong Runs Across the Field

Next home for Le Chéile was Rob Walsh, finishing in 1:32:02, followed closely by Jason Hannon, who clocked 1:38:51 after a solid and consistent effort.

🥇 Masters Athletes Shine

There were particularly strong performances in the masters categories:

Andrew Hession (M60) – 1:46:12

Derek Kearney (M50) – 1:48:28

Colin Burns (M50) – 1:58:22

Patrick Sweeney (M60) – 2:24:29

It was fantastic to see such a strong turnout from Le Chéile AC across all age groups. Events like this highlight the strength, depth, and camaraderie within the club, with athletes proudly wearing the club colours on a great day for racing.
