Prize Money Structure

Prize money will be awarded in all international events (excluding the Relay) as follows:

1st Place €150

2nd Place €100

3rd Place €50

International Events: Men’s 100m, Women’s 100m, Men’s 200m, Women’s 200m, Men’s 800m, Women’s 800m, Men’s Long Jump

National Events: Men’s 400m, Women’s 400m, Men’s 1500m, Women’s 1500m, Women’s 3000m, Men’s 3000m, Women’s Shot Putt, Men’s Shot Putt, Women’s Long Jump

Flight Details and Airport Transfers

Athletes and athlete representatives are asked to provide their flight details to the Race Director as early as possible. Transfers will be arranged to the Athlete accommodation from Dublin Airport on Friday 7th June. Transfers will be arranged back to Dublin Airport on the evening of Saturday 8th June (after the competition) and on Sunday 9th June.

Athlete Accommodation

Athlete accommodation and meals will be provided in the historic and picturesque surroundings of the National University of Ireland, Maynooth. The accommodation is just ten minutes from the track.

Transport to Track

Transport to the track facility on Friday 7th and on the morning of Saturday 8th can be arranged by contacting the Race Director.
There will be a schedule of transfers to the track and back to the hotel arranged for the afternoon/evening of Saturday July 8th. This will be available in the athlete accommodation.

Check-In

All athletes should check in for their event and collect their bib number at least one hour prior to their event. Check in will take place in the Le Chéile AC Clubhouse, beside the track.

Warm-Up

Only accredited athletes and accredited coaches will have access to the warm-up areas detailed below. Please ensure you have the necessary accreditation before attempting to gain access to these areas. Coaches should apply in advance for accreditation.
The all-weather football pitches, adjacent to the track, are available for jogging, stretching, drills, etc for the duration of the meet. Spikes cannot be worn in these areas. Athletes wishing to complete their warm-up wearing spikes will be able to do so on the back straight of the track between events. They are asked to be very mindful of the events that are ongoing and, at all times, give priority to the races that are scheduled.

Call Room

There is no Call-Room in operation at the meet.
Track athletes are asked to report to the start of their event at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
Field event athletes are asked to report to their event at least 20 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.

Podium

Athletes finishing in the first 3 positions in each event are asked to go directly to the podium area for presentation. This will be done as soon as possible after each event is completed.

Team Captains are asked to report to the presentation area at the end of the meet to present the Le Chéile International Team Trophy.
